At Pride & Pinion, we offer a 14-day return period for all timepieces and accessories, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Our commitment to excellence ensures a transparent and secure process for every collector.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, and pack it securely within a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Transit

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; all returns must be shipped using our fully insured transit method for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon arrival, our master watchmakers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
